Meet Felicity, owner of NATORG and a passionate hairdresser with nearly two decades of industry experience, specialising in personalised hair solutions. Felicity believes in restorative hairdressing. She thrives in the energy of a busy salon, supporting her team, sharing her knowledge, and helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful hair they can confidently manage every day. Outside the salon, Felicity loves spending time with her family, who keep life wonderfully full.
Shontelle started her hair career in 2005 and joined the NATORG Family in 2014 where her passion for sustainability and low tox luxury hair truly shines. After two decades in the industry, she has wealth of knowledge from detailed foil work, to precision cutting. She is also a certified Great Lengths extensionist and has completed her hair practitioners' certificate from the International Trichology Association.
Outside the salon you will catch Shontelle reading books, exploring op shops and planning her next adventure with her family.
Meet Tammy, our Salon Manager at Clayfield and a versatile stylist with 10+ years of experience and a passion for helping clients embrace beautiful change. Known for her warm nature and creative approach, she loves the variety that hairdressing brings and tailors every appointment to suit the individual sitting in her chair. Outside the salon, Tammy enjoys spending time with her young family, getting lost in a good book, and relaxing with a great movie.
Introducing Brontë, who began her hairdressing career with NatOrg in 2020 and has been thriving in the industry ever since. She specialises in bouncy blow-dries and loves creating beautifully tailored haircuts. Outside of the salon, Brontë enjoys spending time with her little family.
She has a diverse taste in music, with indie and rap among her favourites, and her go-to podcasts are Crime Junkie and Rotten Mango.
Brontë is truly in her element when she’s styling hair and sharing a laugh with her coworkers. Clients can expect a relaxing, chatty appointment where her skills and friendly nature help them feel completely at ease.
Meet Tulearah at Carindale, a talented stylist with a calm presence and a passion for creating beautiful blondes and effortless, lived-in colour. Since beginning her hairdressing career in 2018 and joining NATORG in 2024, she has continued to refine her craft while delivering a relaxed and welcoming experience for every client. Outside the salon, Tulearah enjoys beach days with her son, creating art, and spending time outdoors, bringing her thoughtful nature and eye for detail to every appointment.
With over 10 years of experience, I love creating natural, dimensional colour—especially blondes, balayage, and colour corrections—tailored to each client. I’m also passionate about blow waves and crafting a personalised finish for everyone who sits in my chair.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing beach volleyball, walking by the ocean, and spending time outdoors with my puppy and partner.
Meet Brooke from Carindale, a highly experienced stylist with over 20 years in the hair industry and a passion for creating beautiful foils, balayage, and styling transformations. Known for her warm, welcoming nature and attention to detail, she loves helping clients feel confident through personalised colour and styling services. Outside the salon, Brooke enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, with Sunday family lunches being one of her favourite traditions.

Meet Olivia at Carindale, a talented apprentice with a passion for restorative hair treatments and helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful hair. Since joining the industry, she has developed a thoughtful approach to haircare and is dedicated to creating a welcoming experience for everyone who sits in her chair. Outside the salon, Olivia enjoys playing soccer, exploring beautiful coastal destinations, and spending time outdoors, bringing her positive energy and enthusiasm to every appointment.
Meet Sam, a talented hairdresser with a passion for blondes and transformation colour as well as a relaxing head massages. She joined our team in 2022 and has been making clients feel fabulous ever since. When she's not pampering clients, Sam enjoys indulging in her love for reading, crocheting and listening to music. She is also committed to sustainability and chooses to buy clothes and other items second-hand, avoiding fast fashion. Sam truly shines when she's surrounded by her friends, and she loves creating smiles and engaging in random conversations.
